I was laying on my bed lazily, sighing and staring up at my ceiling. Splashes of moonlight shone through the small window on my wall, with curtains swaying aimlessly from the light breeze that was rolling in. My mother was already home, probably lying on her bed, waiting for my father to come home as well. He would soon enough, drunk. A loud slam echoed through out of house, along with hurried stomps, and unloading heavy clothing. The footsteps were loud but slowly faded down the steps to the basement. It was Gerard for sure.

Waterfall.
"Please, Gerard. I can't swim! It's like a waterfall!" the little brunet exclaims as he stands shivering on the pool ladder.
His older brother laughs at him, shaking his head. "Come on, Mikey. It's fine!" Gerard starts to swim toward the ladder, and when he gets there, he tightly grabs onto Mikey's ankles and pulls.
Mikey slips under the water, and his glasses end up floating above him. He tries to scream, but he can't—it burns.
When he starts getting oxygen back into his lungs, he feels his brother's mouth on his, and the "waterfall" seems less frightening now.

Just something I wrote last summer, and it actually had a whole bunch of other parts after this one, but I deleted them all because they weren't very good, and I enjoyed this more as a one-shot than as a big dramatic saga of drama.
